Able to record an SLA Busted field when the field date is less than the current date

I have a field in the module "Cases" SLA limit, however, need to make a Workflow for when this field is greater than the current date, he set "true" in the SLA Busted field.
How can I do this? I tried via Workflow and I'm not getting in any way. For the Workflow Sugar leaves validate a date field the system with the current date.
