import email limit from imap account

SugarCRM Professional, Version (Build 1017)7.2

We just started to implement email in Sugar and when I went to import from our Zimbra/Exchange imap database it stopped at 14,400 out of 14,683 emails. Is this some sort of hard limit? If not any ideas on what might be causing this or how to fix it?
