Unable to log-in through Firefox (35.0), but no problem with Chrome

Since two days I cannot log-into SugarCRM (SugarCRM Professional, Version (Build 1006)) account through Firefox. I have re-started it, cleaned all cookies,
de-installed two times, still it does not go beyond the state where loading is
displayed for hours in the blank page.

I had this problem also with Chrome yesterday, but now its working again. Is
there a Token issue with my account ? I am working for Scientiamobile here in
Europe and Network connection is fine.

Is there a need for having Shockwave player activated or what could be the
