6.5.14 Outlook Plugin Error - "The Sugar Server Specified in Tools Sugar Options Is Unavailable"

I have been trying to configure the Outlook Plug in and just cannot seem to crack it.

I noticed another user had virtually the same issue with Version 6.5.16 and found a solution however it didnt work for me.

We are running 6.5.14, and Office 365 Pro Plus.

I have downloaded the most up to date plug in via the downloads tab.

Whenever I try and test the connection I get the error message "The Sugar Server Specified in Tools Sugar Options Is Unavailable".

The previous users with the issue suggest support helped resolve the issue by discovering Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Tools for Office Runtime was not installed.

I have this installed and still get the error.URL is correct, cannot think or find any other suggestions for a solution.

Anyone else have this issue?

This may or may not help, enter the IP address of the Sugar server instead and test. Our Outlook plugin ONLY works with the IP address...

According to my knowledge, this issue comes when either there is some dependency missing like Visual Studio or the Outlook plugin is outdated.

Hi thanks for the reply! I didnt realise UQ was using sugar, my hometown. Tried the IP and still got the same error - back to the drawing board.

Hi - I don't believe this is an issue as I downloaded all the most up to date plugins and Visual student is installed. Your team is currently working on another matter and if I cannot resolve the issue myself I may pass on the details to them
