We are using professional edition 7.2.1. I am trying to create broadcast notices using the "Team Notices" feature. I can seem to locate it in Admin/Team Management.
The documentation you linked is for 6.7, but Trina is using 7.2.1. As Dan mentioned above, this feature is no longer available in Sugar starting with the 7.x versions.
