User outgoing email cannot be configured, even though the settings are the same as the system outbound email

I am trying to configure the outgoing email account in my account but I am not able to do it, because I am getting the error "Error:Failed to connect to outbound SMTP Mail Server", when I send the test email.

It happens that we have already configured the default email address and the SMTP server configuration is the same I am setting up now, I only changed the username and password.

I already tried to change the port, but it seems that when a wrong port is filled in and then I press "Send test email", all the SugarCRM hangs and it needs to be restarted.

What do you suggest me to do?
