Leads Not Syncing via Marketo Connector (due to scheduler?)

I'm using Sugar CRM Professional, Version 7.2.2.2 and I've set up the Marketo Connector correctly twice now. For an hour or so, it will work fine, but after that all new leads and data from the fields will stop syncing.

When I check the Sugar Scheduler, the 'Check Marketo for updates to Activity Logs' will always show the job status as 'Running', while the 'Check Marketo for changes to Leads' will always show job status as 'queued'.  

I have the interval set to 'As often as possible' for both jobs, yet the syncing keeps getting stuck in queue. Any ideas on what I can do? Would setting longer intervals for some of the other jobs free up some time/processing power and help fix this? I don't think so, but I've attached screenshots if you notice anything jobs that don't have to be run so frequently. 

Please help someone! I need this integration to have perfect/constant syncing by EOW.
