I am using the community edition, Version 6.5.17 (Build 1220) with php5.4.10. My php script located in the root directory, ran fine, except for a bunch of strict Standard errros, I adjusted the php.ini file to remove strict errors from error_reporting. It removed a whole bunch of the strict standard errors except for these, see below:

Strict Standards: Declaration of Contact::save_relationship_changes() should be compatible with SugarBean::save_relationship_changes($is_update, $exclude = Array) in /mnt/target02/344559/845120/mysite.com/web/content/modules/Contacts/Contact.php on line 47
Strict Standards: Declaration of Contact::create_new_list_query() should be compatible with SugarBean::create_new_list_query($order_by, $where, $filter = Array, $params = Array, $show_deleted = 0, $join_type = '', $return_array = false, $parentbean = NULL, $singleSelect = false, $ifListForExport = false) in /mnt/target02/344559/845120/mysite.com/web/content/modules/Contacts/Contact.php on line 47

Strict Standards: Non-static method LogicHook::initialize() should not be called statically in /mnt/target02/344559/845120/mysite.com/web/content/include/utils.php on line 2966

Strict Standards: Non-static method Tracker::logPage() should not be called statically in /mnt/target02/344559/845120/mysite.com.com/web/content/include/utils.php on line 2977

Strict Standards: Non-static method SugarConfig::getInstance() should not be called statically in /mnt/target02/344559/845120/mysite.com/web/content/include/utils/sugar_file_utils.php on line 362

I was wondering why they are some errors still appearing ? Thanks Julian
