Emails not displayed / not in My Emails Dashlet

Hi,

I use SugarCRM CE Version 6.5.18 (Build 1110)

I configured in admin that emails from a specific address are automatically imported (by cron). This works, and below leads / contacts I see the email history.

However:
When I click on the Email menu items, emails are only shown in the archived folder.
And emails are also not shown in the My Emails Dashlet 

How can I configure this ?
