Unable to configure outbound email in SugarCRM CE 6.5.18

Hi, 

can somebody help me to solve my problem 

I have a difficulties to set up outgoing email in sugarcrm, I had set up and use 2 ways verification from gmail.

But, in the end I can't solve this problem and sugar log always prompt a message such as,
[7768][1][FATAL] SMTP -> ERROR: Failed to connect to server. Code: 10061 Reply: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.
