Email notification of New Assigned Lead not displaying details of fields

When an email notification is sent from Sugar to a user that they have a newly assigned lead, the details of the fields are not showing. Here is an example:

Nicole Duran has assigned a Lead to Don Felman.

Name: Dean adamopoulos

Lead Source:

Status:

Description:


It only shows the details for the "Name" field. The rest are blank.


I am using Sugar Professional v. 7.2.2
