After creating a custom field, subpanels are not showing

I have created a new custom field with Studio in the module Call, and everything looks OK, but after that I cant see any subpanel in module Leads. Only appears the information related to the lead, but not the Campaigns or History subpannels. 

Appears the Inside view information(dont know why) and then a message " Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.". 

I've checked the Log and there is nothing, and DB looks OK. 

If I delete the new custom field, the problem dissapears.

I really need to create new custom fields, please help!

Any ideas?
