Not able to configure Outbound Email In SugarCRM Enterprise 6.2

Hello All,
I am using SugarCRM Enterprise 6.2
I am not able to configure Outbound Email in SugarCRM when I try to Send test Email it shows Email Sent Successfully but actually it is not received.
When I checked SugarCRM Log I found following error.

Code:  Reply:   Tue Oct  7 11:09:17 2014 [1374][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not authenticate.  Tue Oct  7 11:09:17 2014 [1374][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: SMTP Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.  Tue Oct  7 11:09:17 2014 [1374][1][FATAL] SugarPHPMailer encountered an error: An outgoing mail server is not configured to send emails. Please configure an outgoing mail server or select an outgoing mail server for the mail account that you are using in Settings >> Mail Account.      Please help me in this clients are not able to send emails.    Regards  Madhusudan Singh
