Calendar events not organized in time slots

Hello! One of our users is having a problem with calendar that I'm not able to solve.

Own calendar (at least week view) and shared calendar are not placing the events in time slots. All events are in first row above time slots. Also those events are two columns (days) wide and in shared calendar all events are not shown at all.

Display time slots in Day and Week views:       is checked.
We are using Professional 6.5.6. I have tried reset user preferences.

Anyone, any idea?
