I can create a new field with Admin tools - Studio.

(For example a new text file in leads)

But when i try to introduce a new lead the system says:

Database failure. Please refer to sugarcrm.log for details.

And when i try to view leads the system says that there is no records saved (yes, there is some records...)

In the log file the error is (when i create a record):

Sun Sep 28 19:54:46 2014 [13203][1][FATAL]  Query Failed:  SELECT  leads.id , LTRIM(RTRIM(CONCAT(IFNULL(leads.first_name,''),' ',IFNULL(leads.last_name,'')))) as name, leads.first_name , leads.last_name , leads.salutation , leads.status , leads.account_name , leads.account_id , leads.phone_work  , LTRIM(RTRIM(CONCAT(IFNULL(jt0.first_name,''),' ',IFNULL(jt0.last_name,'')))) assigned_user_name , jt0.created_by assigned_user_name_owner  , 'Users' assigned_user_name_mod, leads.date_entered , leads.assigned_user_id  FROM leads  LEFT JOIN leads_cstm ON leads.id = leads_cstm.id_c   LEFT JOIN  users jt0 ON leads.assigned_user_id=jt0.id AND jt0.deleted=0
AND jt0.deleted=0 where leads.deleted=0 ORDER BY name ASC LIMIT 0,21: MySQL error 1267: Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8_spanish_ci,IMPLICIT) for operation '='

I review all the Required File System Permissions on Linuxrequired permision as you comment in: http://support.sugarcrm.com/04_Find_Answers/02KB/02Administration/100Install/Required_File_System_Pe...

Can anyone help me?

Thanks in advance.
