Hi all. i am using Sugar CRM 7.2 and excel 2013 32 bit on 64 bit system on OS Windows 8.1. I downloaded excel 2013 32 bit plugin and installed it. I was able to login also but the actual problem starts when i click on report wizard as it doesn't respond at all. Also query wizard is not working. I made sure that LDAP and SAML are disabled but still not working. The problem more grave when i tried using the same login details on Excel 2010 and found that all features were working properly.
