Remember password does not work

version: SugarCRM 6.5.17
edition: CE

Since I've updated to version 6.5.17, it does not work "Forgot your password". I enter the correct ID and email and always get the same message "Please provide a Username both as an Email". I've looked at the log but can not find where the fault may be. Someone knows that could be happening?
