"Publish Report" plugin in KReporter... It isn't possible to write into a document from an asynchronously-loaded external script

I'm using SugarCRM 6.5.15 & KReporter 3.0.6

I created a report in KReporter, and used the "Publish Report" to show 2 subpanel (Presentation Tables & Visualization Chart) in the "Accounts" module.

When I run the report from KReporter itself, the Resultset & Chart appears as it should be.  Also, when I add it on my Home as a dashlet, it also appears correctly.

However, when I view an Account, I can see that a new Subpanels are appearing.... The Presentation subpanel shows the data, but the Visualization subpanel appears blank.

So I checked the browser's Console, and it says that "Failed to execute 'write' on 'Document': It isn't possible to write into a document from an asynchronously-loaded external script unless it is explicitly opened."  Attached is a screenshot of the Console error.

NOTE: This error happens regardless the selected Chart type (Google / Fusion).

Any suggestions to correct this issue?
