Emails in mail queue being locked for 1 day with in_queue flagged

I have a strange issue with email remain in queue and lock other email.

Sugar version = SugarCE 6.5.12

I have a schedule job that send mass email campaigns every 10 minutes
Email branch = 3000 (500 at the begenning, I try to change this value)
Max email x campaign around 800 emails

Sometimes during the email sending (seems to be random) one email remain locked in a queue (field in_queue of emailman = '1').
No log in SMTP server/syslog and no log in Sugar too.

The problem is that the other email of the same email marketing and also of other email marketing sent after a while still remain in queue during the future schedule, even though, for those emails, the filed in_queue = '0'.

We have to wait exatcly 1 day from the first attempt of the email that was in_queue = '1' in order to send all the email locked in queue.
The manual solution is to remove the "in queue" flag and force the email sending.

Which could be the problem?
As workaround can we modify source of EmailManDelivery.php end EmailMan.php to reduce the 1 day delay to 20 minutes (for example)?
