Often unable to access the entryPoint until I do a Quick Repair and Rebuild (7.2.x)

I have created an entryPoint in SugarCRM 7.2.2 following this guide:
http://support.sugarcrm.com/02_Documentation/04_Sugar_Developer/Sugar_Developer_Guide_7.2/70_API/App...

A file defining it is located at custom/Extension/application/Ext/EntryPointRegistry/customEntryPoint.php:
  $entry_point_registry['customEntryPoint'] = array(   'file' => 'custom/customEntryPoint.php',   'auth' => false,  );
  and the entry point is at custom/customEntryPoint.php. Everything works fine, and the Ext file is created and always present at custom/application/Ext/EntryPointRegistry/entry_point_registry.ext.php

The problem is, that after some time the entry point stops working.
Ajax calls to "index.php?entryPoint=customEntryPoint" receive the redirect snippet (from SugarApplication.php)

<script>   if (parent.location == window.location) {    window.location = 'http:\/\/192.168.1.2\/sugarcrm\/';   } else {    window.top.SUGAR.App.bwc.login('index.php?entryPoint=customEntryPoint');   }  </script>
And if I try to manually visit the entryPoint url the above redirect javaScript just gets executed and redirects me to home page.

  debug_backtrace shows the ajax request to "index.php?entryPoint=customEntryPoint" having only one trace and being processed as "module: Users" and "action: Login", which displays the redirect code from SugarApplication.php.

  This happens after some period of time (and activity) and goes on until I do a Quick Repair and Rebuild, and then works fine until it happens again.

  Does anyone have any idea why this happens?
