Auto increment plugin and reporting issue

Question asked by jppol jppol on Sep 9, 2014
Hi,

I'm working on SugarCRM 6.7.4 PRO. I've installed the auto increment plugin (available on Sugarforge : http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/autoincrement ). It's working fine for the auto increment part of it for new records.

The problem is in the reports. First, I had to create a SugarWidgetFieldautoincrement.php file in /custom/include/generic/SugarWidgets so that the field could show up.

------------------For those interested, here is the content -------------------
<?phpif(!defined('sugarEntry') || !sugarEntry) die('Not A Valid Entry Point');

class SugarWidgetFieldautoincrement extends SugarWidgetFieldVarchar
{

}
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Now it's displayed in the report but when I want to add a filter on that field in that same report, I can't. The fieldname is displayed but I can't do anything on the filter definition on the right, it's blank.

I guess there is some definition missing somewhere in some file, so if someone could just give me a hint on where to look, that would be great ! :-)

Thanks !
Jean-Philippe
