Hello,

We are aware of ongoing issues in our On-Demand environment that instances may be running slower than normal or possibly not accessible. Our Operations team is actively working on repairing any issues. The @sugarondemand (https://twitter.com/sugarondemand) twitter account will be updated once this issue is resolved.

This thread will be updated with any new information once available.
