How to use "Distinct" in reports on 7.2 pro On-Demand?

Does anyone know how to create a report using the "Distinct" option you would use in SQL?  Meaning I want to write a report that selects only distinct contacts  from the case module. 

Is there an option for this within the reports of 7.2 On-Demand?
