Blank Page After Upgrade

Yesterday I upgraded to the latest version of the community edition.  Everything worked well for about 6 hours.  Then when I started saving changes to accounts it would lead to a blank page.  I would then back up and everything would work until I saved something else.  Finally it got to a point where nothing would load and I just have a blank page.  I updated all the file and directory permissions, but I still can't get anything to load other than a white page.  Please help, as I have all my contacts and accounts in this instance.
