Can't get cron to run in Unix / SugarCE 6.1 for scheduled tasks

Hi all,

I'm using this guide to get a cron task working.
http://support.sugarcrm.com/04_Find_Answers/02KB/02Administration/100Schedulers/Introduction_to_Cron...

crontab -e -u apache
 (insert the following values into the resultant editor)
* * * * * cd /var/www/html/sugar && /usr/bin/php -f cron.php 2>&1

Even though the server's running apache5, apparently there is no "apache" user, so I'm just setting the crontab as root. But there is no /usr/bin/php either, since it is apache's built-in PHP that is running. Given this I'm not sure how to run php on the cron.php file at all--don't know if there's a php executable location or what. Any ideas?
