How Contacts can update their Cases on Customer Portal?

Dear All,

Currently the functionality is just like that, A contact can view and create Cases in self service Customer Portal but Contacts cannot Edit the Cases

How can I implement this functionality on self service Customer Portal?

Any help will be highly appreciable
