How I find the file record.js of my custom module? Or I just create a file name record.js and locate it in custom/modules/module_name/client/base/record ?

Yes, You can copy from jssource/src_files/clients/base/views/record/record.js
But If you have version 7.2 +, You need to follow the instruction to extend record.js as discussed here.
Hope it helps
Thanks & regards,
