I have successfully installed the Excel plugin, able to login to Sugar and access reports into the spreadsheet. But when trying to update records, the "Update to Sugar" in the Menu and right-click dialog box is grey out. Where should I look for the cause of the problem?
Sugar CRM Pro 6.5 on premise, Excel 2013 32bit plugin.
