Batch file to run cron produces "CLI has stopped working" error

I created a batch file  for my scheduler as instructed having these 2 lines:
cd C:\xampp\htdocs\sugarcrm\SugarCE-Full-6.5.16
c:\xampp\php\php.exe -c c:\xampp\php\php.ini -f cron.php
When I want to test it using the command windows, I get these results:
array(10) inside it strings of my scheduled jobs. I thought my run is successful. Then a "CLI has stopped working" error appears.
How do I fix that?
