Data not available SugarCRM professional

I've got a Development environment setup for SugarCRM professional so that our Tester can begin customizing the instance. I am how ever experiencing a lot of data not available errors when trying to go to default landing pages of some of the modules (Accounts, Contacts etc.).

There also seems to be some sort of timeing out issue too. How can I begin tracing the cause of this error? How is the default admin account suppose to be used? I've tried creating a second user account and giving them Admin access but they still seem to not have access to Studio and other Admin areas.
