Hi.
For requirements of high availability of the service, I implement typically the kind of architecture visible in the figure. This type of architecture is suggested in the document by SugarCRM: SugarCRM Scalability and Performance Benchmarks (http://www.slideshare.net/CRMreviews/whitepaper-sugar-performancescalabilitybenchmarks).

The document Sugar 7.2.x Supported Platforms (http://support.sugarcrm.com/05_Resources/03_Supported_Platforms/Sugar_7.2.x_Supported_Platforms/) has reported that SugarCRM does not support installation on shared file system (NAS / SAN) NFS. I have performed installations of SugarCRM 6.5.x NFS without any kind of problem. If you no longer supports SugarCRM installation on the NAS, what is the recommended and supported HA configuration?

I look forward to your feedback.

Thx,
Antonio M.
