Hi, I have a dilemma. In a previous version of Sugar I used, when I created a non-email marketing campaign, I was able to construct a link to attach to each contact within the campaign to pull up a box that had each custom made stage within it with a check box (Intro Email Sent, Intro Postcard Sent, Intro Box Sent, First Call Made, Decision Maker Reached, Meeting Scheduled, etc.). When I accomplished one of the campaign stages, I clicked the link attached to the contact and was able to update the status of that contact moving through the campaign. I can't seem to do that with the current version of Sugar I have. Can this be done out of the box or do I need some additional software to accomplish this? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
