After converting a lead to an account, you end up back in the converted lead. How can I change that to end up in the account?

We are hoping to duplicate the screen progression/flow we used in Salesforce.com. We convert a Lead into an Account with corresponding Contacts and Opportunities once the prospect lead wants a proposal. In Sugar when we convert the Lead into an Account, you end up back in the old Converted Lead file, then need to manually navigate to the New Account to continue the sales process. How can I change that?
