Frequency of Workflow Alerts

I was trying to build a workflow alert that "reminded" assigned user of a "new" ticket that they had been assigned, but had yet to pick up yet. 

We have an autogenerated ticket from inbound emails, and it is working as designed.  The crux user then takes the "new" ticket and sets it to assigned, acknowledging ownership.

The new workflow I wanted to fire off every 10 minutes or so, where previously the only "timed workflows" we had were hourly or longer. 

I added

600 [10 mins]

to the tselect_type_dom field in the dropdown editor.  It appeared and I selected it for  my workflow interval. 

Doesnt seem to be triggering emails.  Do I need to restart any services after making the change to the dropdown editor?
