SugarCRM Pro 6.7.5.: campaign e-mails are not sent (e-mail sending per se works fine!)

Hi! Campaign e-mails are not sent as scheduled. I have followed all guidelines to set-up campaigns. Alas, reports show that e-mails are sent, but they are not received. Test campaign e-mails are not received as well. I stress the word "campaign" b/c I can successfully send and receive e-mails via SugarCRM. I have browsed similar issues and have come to conclusion that it appears to be cron problem. Could it be that e-mail requests filled via campaign are not processed correctly? Please help!
