How do I remove the from name on system sent email in 6.2?

We have users who work in the background, not front facing employees that trigger emails to our clients.

Their email is the system email.  info@company.com


When these emails go out, however, they go out as 

John Doe <info@company.com>

Is it possible to remove the user name from all system emails?

Using 6.2 Professional.
