Call Invitation only sent to System User, not to Leads

Hi i  want to send invites to my leads if i am logging a call. everything is working very well except the contact or lead is not getting the E-Mail invitation.

Myself and other system-users are getting the email.

Is there a config setting or something i forgot?

will be awesome to get this thing working.
