How do you CRM?

Creating a valuable customer relationship is (should be!) a core focus of your business.  Business is all about connecting people with a problem (your prospects and customers) with people who a solution (your employees).  When you make that value connection, business happens.

According to the Gartner analyst firm, the CRM industry spans across marketing, sales, e-commerce and service automation.  This is a wide spread of software functionality with a lot of different interpretations of what "marketing", "selling" and "servicing" the customer means.
