Error Sending Password Reset Emails

We are trying to generate password reset emails so our users can login to SugarCRM CE 6.5 hosted on a LAMP shared hosting environment (BaptistHost.net). However, when we attempt to generate any password reset email messages, we receive the following message:

System is unable to process your request. Please check: -Recipient Email Address -Your server status (see attached below):



How can we resolve this? Our email hosting is through Exchange Online on Office 365. I hope I've configured everything correctly. I'm not 100% sure.

Thanks for your help! I'm getting so frustrated since no one can access SugarCRM until we get this resolved.
