On April 11, 2010, SugarCRM announced that starting with version 6.0.0, the Sugar Community Edition would be licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License version 3.[23] The charts module, customer portal, mobile support, some SOAP functions and most of the default theme templates were removed from the AGPLv3 licensed Sugar Community Edition 6

My Question:

We have installed SugarCRM 6.5.16 and customization and developing. we will first use it for our own internal business. then we will launch it on the cloud for our customers. we will put some packages for customers. Packages means, they will be paying $ amount monlty, quarterly or yearly or any form to use the customzed version of our SugarCRM. We may also provide some on premises installation for specific /private customers to us. as per the above GPL license, I am not seeing any issues. can anyone clarify whether the above is allowed  in terms of license.
