How can I update the Case "Subject" field via SOAP?

Using SOAP API and C# I have managed to figure everything out as the calls using set_entry must use the database field names. I'm having trouble defining the Subject field, using either "Subject" or "subject". The subject field is not getting updated, I've looked at the schema and subject is not there how do I update or set this field via SOAP API?
