How can I auto update the 'case status' upon importing group email to the case?

I want SugarCRM to update the 'case status' to 'updated', whenever it automatically archives a received E-mail from the helpdesk's groupbox to a certain case. 

Sugar CE Version 6.5.16 (Build 1082)

How is this done?
