Are the following automated notifications possible in Community Edition?

Hi, hope someone can help me, is the following possible with Sugar Community Edition:
• When a new case is logged, an e-mail must be sent to the person logging the case saying that the case is logged and give them a reference number (i.e. the case number). 
• In the case management, a person can create a task and assign it to somebody.  This generates an e-mail to the person that the task is assigned too.  The person can then set the task to in progress.  Now this is where it is going to be come tricky.
• When the case is closed, a notification must be sent to the requestor saying that the case is closed with the notes in the resolution of the case.

Outcomes
