How can I map data from stock Leads fields to custom fields in the Accounts module when converting?

We want all the phone numbers available for the lead to move to the account when converted.  Currently only the office phone and fax number are loaded into the account.  I've read the docs in Studio that say both fields must have the same name for this to work, but the office phone fields are not the same and that works fine.  The home phone and mobile phone fields we have added to the account fields, so they will never match the name in the lead. How do I get the home phone, mobile phone, and alternate phone that is in the lead to our home, mobile, & alternate phone fields in the account?
