SugarCRM not noticing all bounced emails

I'm using SugarCRM CE 6.5.1.6 edition. I created a campaing, sent to target lists and in the status of the campaign it says 177 bounced mails and 17 invalid email addresses BUT my inbox states 700 bounced emails.

After checking what would be the cause for this, I realise that Sugarcrm is not processing all mailer-deamon emails probably (corrected me if I'm wrong) because the majority of them attaches the error in a zip.

So, in the body of the email, the only information it states is 'An error occurred while trying to deliver the mail to the following recipients:

   [email]emailxxxx@hotmail.com[/email]'

What should I do to have a list of all the invalid/bounced mails back to SugarCRM?
