Hi all, I don't have much knowledge of technical details, but I was researching on various CRMs, and a friend of mine suggested that I should try SugarCRM CE, as it will allow me to get a better grip on CRMs and their functionality. Now I am trying to install the CRM on a Hosting Server, and I keep getting these errors:

The provided database host, username, and/or password is invalid, and a connection to the database could not be established. Please enter a valid host, username and password

     Unable to check database version.

I followed the Database setup wizard in my cpanel, and I have entered the username and password correct, to be sure, I have rechecked it multiple times. I have even tried after creating a fresh database and admin. The host I am entering is, the one I used to enter in Filezilla, while uploading any files. The SugarCRM files are installed in a folder in the root directory, so the url of the crm is virtualeserve/sugarcrm.

Am I making any mistakes in entering the host?
