Cant find language settings in SugarCRM trial

I'm checking out the SugarCRM trial and wanted to verify that there is support for translation on custom field labels (custom fields allow setting labels in each of the languages we choose to allow). In looking at the documentation there seems to be something missing. There is no Languages option in the Administration panel of the trial that I am using. Am I missing something?
