6.5.16 Pro On Demand group email not working

Trying to get group email folders to work.  When I test connection for the group email folder it connects successfully.  The Check Inbound Mailboxes job seems to be running (at least it says it is).  However, no emails are coming over to the group folder.  Anyone have any ideas?
