Inbound email not working

Hi...I am using SugarCRM version 6.5.16 (Build 1082).

My current inbound email seetings can be found here:

Also, when I click 'Test Settings' button, I get 'Connection Successful' message.

Additionally, as per the following post, , I have ensured that IMAP, SSL and Kerberos are 'Enabled' on my server.

(I have also ensured the email address being used is active and accessible from the web.)

But still, nothing appears in my Inbox in SugarCRM.

What am I doing wrong?

Can anyone please help?
