Upgrade to 6.5.14 breaks AjaxUI

I have a very similar problem as was posted in this older thread:

I am able to upgrade, seemingly without issue.  However, with the AjaxUI enabled, I cannot get to the listview of any module.  All I get is a blank page or sometimes an error message displayed: There is no action by that name.

The URL that fails is:

Whereas this works:

Disabling the AjaxUI also works - no errors.

There are no errors in the Sugar log or the PHP log or the Apache2 log.

I am running:

PHP Version 5.4.4-14+deb7u5

Debian Wheezy (Debian 4.6.3-14)

mysql  Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.5.31

I can get a clean version of 6.5.14 to install, with AjaxUI working.

So far I have tried:

Repair and Rebuild

Rebuild js files

Rebuild Relationships

I have copied over the /cache directory, the /include directory, the /data directory, the /themes directory, the /custom directory and the /XTemplate directory from the clean, working install - same problem.

I typically log out and log back in after each change.  I have also started restarting Apache to ensure that there are no caching issues.

I just can't figure this out.  Can anyone offer any suggestions as to how I would troubleshoot this?  It seems that the AjaxUI does not do logging like other parts of SugarCRM.
